I loved the swimming the best... of course. I improved my running time (YEA!!!) and my bike...well lets just say I'm forever grateful my sweet mom Nancy, let me borrow her bike, but I bet I'll improve when I have a "real" racing bike in place of a nice mountain bike. Someday...someday...
At any rate, I loved it and can't wait 'til I get another chance to TRI.
Coming just as the race began, my loyal picture taking sister couldn't find us among the 230 people... sad, but TOTALLY understandable!
Paul coming in from the bike
Me! (at least my helmet isn't crooked this time)
Me leaving from Transition 2
Paul returning from run
Paul RESTING from the race
(Paul=super athlete)
Me coming in from the run
Me RESTING from the race ;)
Our FANS!
Without you, this wouldn't be possible (seriously!)
Before starting our way back to Iowa, we had a nice meal at Golden Corral, and YES, it tasted SO GOOD!
Love you family! and can't wait to see you soon for the wedding!

I love the comparrison of Paul resting after the race, and then you 'resting' after the race.
Ted, you were missed in so many ways!
You're my hero, Allison, and soon I'll figure out which TRI we're going to TRY :-D
